At GXO, you’ll get to work with a variety of these products, and you can choose a city that fits you best. For example, your options include Oosterhout, Bergen op Zoom, Echt, Wessem, Oss, Venray, Heerlen, Eindhoven, Tilburg, Venlo, Nieuwegein, Roermond, Lelystad, or Roosendaal.
What your tasks are
As a warehouse employee at GXO, you can work in different departments.
- As an order picker, you'll use the scanner to collect orders, often walking and lifting boxes.
- As a packer, you'll pack orders using a computer and scanner.
- In the returns department, you'll check the quality of returned products, and as an inventory employee, you'll manage stock and track missing items.
- You could also work in allocation, replenishment, or the inbound department.
Work schedule:
Depending on the location, you can work in day, afternoon and/or night shifts, giving you flexibility to fit your schedule. During busy seasons, there may also be opportunities for overtime, for example, in a different shift. Best of all, any overtime comes with extra pay, making it a great chance to boost your earnings!
What you need to be successful
- Experience in driving EPT, reach truck or willing to get certified
- Open to work in different shifts
- Good physical condition
- No experience needed, but it’s a plus if you’ve worked in a warehouse before
- Good communication skills in English, Dutch and/or Polish (depends on locations).
