IHR AUFGABENGEBIET
- Sie sind Ansprechpartner für unsere Mitarbeiter sowie die Kunden vor Ort und betreuen diese während der gesamten Einsatzdauer
- Sie treffen eine erste Personalauswahl für unsere Kunden
- Sie verantworten reibungslose Abläufe in den Unterkünften sowie den Transport für das jeweilige Projekt
- Sie analysieren ihr Projekt um eine ständige Verbesserung zu gewährleisten
- Sie sind zuständig für alle administrative Aufgaben innerhalb der Projekte
- Für die Bearbeitung der administrativen Aufgaben steht Ihnen die Erfassungssoftware Zvoove zu Verfügung (ehemals L1 Landwehr)
IHR PROFIL
- Eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung
- Erforderliche Berufserfahrung in der Personaldienstleistungsbranche
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Polnischkenntnisse sind Voraussetzung
- Flexibilität und hohe Einsatzbereitschaft
- Eigeninitiative und ein sicheres Auftreten
- Sorgfältiges, qualitätsbewusstes und selbständiges Arbeiten
- Führerschein Kl. B
- Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse
- Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Teamfähigkeit

KEY ACTIVITIES
- You are the contact person for our employees as well as the customers on site and look after them during the entire duration of the assignment.
- You will make an initial selection of staff for our client.
- You are responsible for the smooth running of the accommodation and transport for the project.
- You analyse your project to ensure continuous improvement.
- You will carry out administrative tasks
- You are responsible for the maintenance of our data entry software Zvoove (L1 Landwehr)
CANIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Completed secondary education level
- Professional experience in the temporary work
- Very good knowledge of German and Polish
- Initiative and a confident manner
- Flexibility and a high level of commitment
- Quality-conscious and independent working style
- Driving license class B
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- High sense of responsibility
- Ability to work in a team
